This hot, spicy, uniquely Jamaican seasoning has been liquefied for a quicker way to prepare meat. It has the same wonderful flavor as the traditional Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning. Remember to adjust the amount to your taste and let your choice of meat marinate for at least an hour before cooking. Grill, bake or roast slowly for best results.
